So, what’s important to B2B buyers? Our recent study of 252 IT decision-makers (ITDMs) uncovers the key dynamics of a new buying era and what’s on decision-makers’ minds. For instance, 72% of ITDMs said that end-users have a say in the decision-making process and 89% of c-level executives said company reputation matters the most when choosing a software provider.
