Looking for a software solution that was forward looking and continuously evolving, they adopted Xero in their practice two years ago, migrating all of their clients across. Streamlining workflow, reducing manual tasks and improving efficiency is always the aim, says Scott, the firm’s Tax Director. “If we can get systems to talk to each other and integrate with each other then we can do more of the consultancy work and look to see where we are going and where our clients are going, and offer advice to help them get there — as opposed to sitting here day after day going through a bag of receipts. I believe those sort of days are gone.”
