A study conducted by Deloitte and Chrome OS reveals that 86% of IT decision-makers plan to increase or maintain their use of virtualized end-user compute solutions over the next 5-10 years. Additionally, the study found that a third of respondents rank user productivity and experience as a top-three deployment decision criteria. Amongst other key findings indicating the importance of an OS that minimizes management and end-user disruptions and prioritizes the employee experience.
