RRONALD PARKKHAY
MANAGING PARTNER & CEO
Rronald’s focus is to build a portfolio of high growth in the Business Services. Over the past 16 years, he has contributed to several different portfolios, successfully building and operating lean business functions across HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing and Operations. He set up the lead generation business for Right Pace Techmedia LLC in 2017 and was instrumental in growing the company's Performance Marketing division in 7 years from a team of 5 to more than 200 employees and counting. Rronald manages the organization's sales strategies aimed at generating better revenue for the client & he plans & executes revenue growth strategies by using analysis to forecast sales performance, set sales targets, and determine the success of current sales campaigns to drive revenue growth. Rronald is more passionate about focusing on new technologies to drive excessive inputs & timely deliver precise value to the customers/clients. As Director of IT, Dattatray (DJ) oversees all things technical to functionally evaluate and align them with business goals. On a regular day DJ heads technology strategy, analyses industry-leading capabilities and solutions to expedite business development, and pilots day-to-day operations through transformational technology initiatives. With more than 14 years of experience in the ever evolving IT landscape, DJ specialises in consulting by using insightful industry experience to drive strategic decisions, assists vendor management and solution delivery, as well as aligns and progresses IT as a tool and driver for business of multinational brand companies in diverse realms such as Advertising, Retail Design, and Hospitality.

SENIOR MANAGER SALES
Ever-excited to speak about business innovation and technology, Saquib has more than 9 years of experience in assisting businesses to accelerate their growth. He specializes in enhancing business performance by combining effective B2B lead & demand generation techniques with strategic marketing solutions. Overall, he is a highly skilled sales professional, knowledgeable, and a charismatic individual, who has a natural ability to connect with people and sell products or services. During off-hours, he involves himself in forums that talk about recent industry trends and likes to be updated with what’s-the-noise all about. Saquib believes in Animal Welfare and joins alongside his biking group with his fellow riders for quick get-aways.
